This is a 4 week Nutrition Challenge, where Coach Amanda will give you classroom instruction to help you lose unwanted pounds and create life long healthy eating habits. There will be weigh ins, measurements and recipes given to each participant. We will follow up weekly with Q&A and weigh ins. Top 3 prizes.
